Maxum Animal Nutrition are pleased to announce a leadership transition, marking both the conclusion of a significant chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one for the business.
After nearly 20 years of dedicated service, Tom Newton will be stepping down from the role of General Manager – Sales & Operations. Throughout his tenure, Tom has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of the MaxCare brand, helping establish its reputation as a trusted partner to dairy and livestock producers across Australia and New Zealand.
Under his leadership, MaxCare has strengthened its position in the market through a commitment to quality animal nutrition, customer relationships, technical support, and on-farm outcomes. His passion for supporting farmers and developing strong partnerships has left a lasting impact on the business, the team, and the wider industry.
As part of the transition, Phil Spies will assume the role of Group Business Manager ANZ – Animal Nutrition. Phil brings extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of the dairy and animal nutrition sectors, positioning him well to lead MaxCare, Sprayfo and Trumilk brands into their next phase of growth.
